Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the delivery of multiple building projects across various stages, ranging from $2m to $20m each. Located in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for managing scoping of works, design, tender and procurement processes, engaging with contractors and consultants, and overseeing construction/delivery phases.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage the scoping of works for multiple building projects
  • Oversee the design, tender, and procurement process for construction projects
  • Engage with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage construction and delivery phases for multiple projects
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a Client-Side (Buildings) Project Manager, ideally in a consultancy setting. You should also possess:

  • Experience delivering complex building projects, with a focus on sector-agnostic skills
  • A desire to work on multiple building projects at various stages, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve outstanding project outcomes
