Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Flight Systems Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and support for the implementation of new flight training systems.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business support, business systems, information technology or a related field in Aviation. You will also have experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

You will work closely with project managers, training managers, flight training instructors and facilitators, and scheduling teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on training process and procedures, functional testing and validating, reporting and analysing.
  • Develop internal communications, guides and training for end users.
  • Develop access controls and manage system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Act as an SME and point of contact for key stakeholders through the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business support, business systems, information technology or a related field in Aviation.
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Technology or Aviation, or equivalent years of industry professional experiences.
