Our organization seeks a seasoned Commercial Account Manager to spearhead commercial account growth in the government sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with commercial accounts, driving business transformations using Red Hat services and solutions through partner ecosystem engagement.
- We are looking for an experienced professional who can build new relationships, expand existing ones, and improve customer satisfaction by promoting the value of Red Hat solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategy, drive performance, and retain customers.
- Win new business, identify upsell opportunities, and develop solutions that deliver business value.
- Collaborate with our partner ecosystem team to engage customers and develop partner-centric solutions.
- Provide customer continuity and account expertise to our sales pod.
- Collaborate with partners and customer success team to understand customer needs and ensure successful outcomes.
You Will Bring:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strategic orientation and value engineering skillset.
- An understanding of customers' businesses, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and Red Hat differentiators and value propositions.
- The ability to articulate the hybrid cloud story and the value of Red Hat solutions.
- A record of delivering effective presentations and cultivating long-term relationships.
