HR Strategy Partner

We are seeking a proactive HR Partner to contribute to our vision of delivering exceptional services by progressing your career in the fintech industry with a global leader.
This strategic role involves supporting a real step change in how we work by engaging with leaders and employees across Australia and New Zealand. You will develop a deep understanding of the business strategy, balancing people and commercial landscapes to focus on business outcomes and results.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with senior stakeholders to plan, develop, and build people initiatives that align to the business strategy.
- Create and maintain relationships with leaders at all levels through regular open conversations that support business outcomes.
- Provide expert support and advice to client groups across the whole employee life cycle, including talent attraction, employee development, engagement, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
- At least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor / Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role; ideally Finance or Technology background.
- Proven experience in both strategic and operational activities.
- Ideal tertiary qualifications in a HR, business, or psychology-related discipline.
