Job Overview:

At Toll Group, we're seeking a skilled Infrastructure Solution Designer to join our team. This role requires designing and implementing comprehensive infrastructure solutions covering networking, compute, storage, cloud, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing hybrid infrastructure environments including Azure, AWS, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and SAN/NAS storage platforms.
  • Developing secure B2B customer integrations and onboarding processes that align with Toll's architecture and security standards.
  • Leading modernisation initiatives including SDWAN and wireless network designs, infrastructure automation, and asset lifecycle management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure solution design and delivery engineering, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco networking (including SDWAN), LAN/WAN, wireless, and ACI fabric technologies.
  • Proficient in hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure, AWS, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and SAN/NAS storage platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of security tools such as Cisco and Checkpoint firewalls, Zscaler, Symantec Cloud Proxy, VPNs, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Familiar with cloud networking solutions including AVS, Azure ExpressRoute, and Megaport, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Certifications in Cisco (CCNP+), Azure/AWS architecture, or VMware; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
