About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Time Head Barista to join our team. As a key member of our coffee operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and speed, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every cup.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and personable service, building trust and loyalty in our coffee lovers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet demanding production targets.
- Maintain product consistency and adhere to operational standards, upholding the highest quality standards in every aspect of your work.
- Possess advanced latte art skills and continuously improve techniques to create visually stunning designs that delight our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a head Barista in Australia, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting and contributing to the success of our coffee operation.
