About the Role:- Lead and manage operational performance across community-based disability services

This role requires a hands-on leader who can enhance service outcomes within the disability sector.
About You:- At least 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks
- A proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through change
- Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise
- Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field is essential. Postgraduate qualifications in business or management are highly regarded.
