Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
About the Role- Perform high-level building maintenance services, including carpentry, welding, and installation of fittings and glazing.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tradespeople and suppliers.
- Process receipt of goods deliveries accurately.
- Experience in building inspections, problem resolution, cost estimation, and maintenance repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
