Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Operations and Customer Service professional to join our fast-paced freight forwarding team.

This is a key role in overseeing daily shipment coordination and documentation, working closely with customers and service partners to ensure the seamless movement of ocean freight.

  • Coordinate ocean shipment bookings and prepare accurate documentation for customers
  • Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide proactive updates and solutions to customer inquiries, enhancing overall satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support ongoing growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery

About the Role

As an Ocean Operations and Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ocean operations (import & export) and customer service within freight forwarding
  • Solid knowledge of cargo management systems and ocean freight processes
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
