Job Title:

Psychological Consultant

Bloom Community is seeking an experienced Psychological Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, assessments and developing treatment plans for clients. They will also work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting therapy sessions and assessments for clients
  • Developing treatment plans based on client needs
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting therapy sessions and assessments, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Psychological Consultant who can contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in conducting therapy sessions and assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy is essential for this role.
