Caregiver - Physical Therapy Specialist

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans and delivering care that promotes optimal function and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify areas requiring intervention
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
- Implement evidence-based treatments to promote patient recovery and prevent future injury
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit
- Ability to lift and transfer patients without restriction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families and healthcare teams
