Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Deliver therapy in homes, schools, and group settings to support clients achieve their best.
  • Prepare clear, professional reports aligned with industry standards.
  • Apply evidence-based tools to enhance communication and safe eating practices.
Requirements:
  • Current SPA registration.
  • Experience in NDIS or disability services (desired).
  • Ability to work effectively in community settings.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A compassionate attitude, with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team environment.
