Optimisation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Optimisation Strategist to lead and develop digital optimisation strategies that drive business growth and customer adoption.

This role will involve developing quarterly experimentation roadmaps, partnering with cross-functional teams, and defining KPIs to measure success.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis, and a strong data-driven mindset.

The successful candidate will also have familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data, knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
