Dynamic Support Professional

Job Description:
As a highly varied and fast-paced support role, you will have extensive client interaction requiring an experienced professional or someone looking to develop their career in this field. The ideal candidate will provide full administrative support to the Director including personal tasks.
Manage the Director's diary extensively, booking travel itineraries, meeting rooms, and organizing events. Support the Director in responding to new business enquiries, typing up minutes, and preparing materials for client meetings. Lead the organization of office events and general support for event planning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a support professional with extensive diary management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of software packages and good administrative skills are advantageous.
- An interest in our industry is beneficial.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
Additional Requirements:
- Proactive and able to work independently.
