Expert Dynamics 365 Administrator/Support Specialist Required

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Administrator/Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our Dynamics 365 system.

As a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide level 1 and 2 support to our users, addressing their queries and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing release management and change management processes, maintaining and testing system configuration and workflows, and managing software licenses, user access, and security roles.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining system integration with other internal and external systems, communicating with users regarding system maintenance and version upgrades, and monitoring performance and health of Dynamics 365 environments.

Other responsibilities include acting as first-level support for any D365 issues, managing and coordinating with Microsoft all raised system issues/tickets, and creating requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of prior experience using D365 CE & FO administration, design, custom configuration, and integration.
  • At least 1 year of technical experience with .NET C#, X++ or other OOP programming languages.
  • Experience presenting information and/or training in a professional environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy learning and possess a commitment to professional development.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Highly motivated, works well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned deadlines.
