Job Title: Gymnastics Assistant

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the delivery of high-quality programs and services that promote kids' growth and development.

The ideal candidate will create a fun and engaging atmosphere, prioritizing young gymnasts' learning experiences and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include developing programs that meet the needs of diverse learners, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Gymnastic assistants play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Availability to work during peak times, including weekends, school holidays, and special events, is essential.

A willingness to undertake necessary training to become a qualified gymnastics coach and complete FA/CPR certificates is required.

A current Working with Children Check is mandatory for all ages.

Essential Qualifications

No prior coaching experience is required, but a keen interest in gymnastics and working with children is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and wellbeing are highly valued.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure is also essential.
