Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 technical professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using agile methodologies.

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design and implement effective solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of Dynamics 365 CE and Portals

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer Portals
  • Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services, and other methods
