Winery Maintenance Technician

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical bottling line and automotive fleet. This will involve overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and quality controls are in place, and managing fleet administration.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all mechanical processes associated with the site bottling line are operating effectively.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are serviced and maintained to the highest safety standards.
- Diagnose and provide advice regarding mechanical issues.
- Manage and book required fleet deliveries.
- Ensure all fleet administration is managed and up to date.
- Mechanical trade/tertiary qualification.
- At least 2 years' experience in mechanical servicing and maintenance.
- Prior experience in employee management.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite, willingness to learn basic tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a full-time salaried position, ranging from $73K-$83K per year, depending on the skills, knowledge, and experience of the successful candidate. The role will predominantly work Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required from time to time.
