The Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at George Fisher Mine. As an integral part of our Electrical Communications section, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in maintenance, repairs, and servicing of site vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and consistent maintenance of site vehicles and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional results
  • Participate in servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance change outs, as well as field work
  • Perform works on a range of mobile mining equipment, including Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet, and Komatsu
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Auto Electrical
  • Ability to read and interpret auto electrical schematics
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience as a qualified tradesperson
  • Capability in conducting fault finding on electrical systems and machines
  • Efficiency with OEM diagnostics tooling
  • Current Australian manual driver's license
  • Automation experience beneficial
