Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day team performance, scheduling and resource planning
  • Build a collaborative and motivated team culture
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities
  • Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support the design and delivery of training and development programs for clinical staff

This is a key role within our management team, offering the chance to shape the success of a growing operation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading and coaching experienced staff, ideally within a healthcare or technical setting
  • A passion for developing individuals and strengthening team performance
  • Experience driving performance conversations, giving feedback and creating growth plans
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence and people-first leadership
  • High standards for quality, accuracy and customer care
  • Sound analytical thinking and comfort with clinical or technical data
  • A relevant degree in Science or Health (beneficial but not essential)
