Key Role in Sales Team Growth

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to spearhead the growth of our sales team. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier sales talent for rapid expansion.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Prospect and attract high-potential sales professionals through innovative channels.
  • Talent Scouting: Develop an understanding of our sales culture and communicate the value of joining our organization.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, resilience, and alignment with our values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ months of experience in talent acquisition, business development, or sales (in-house or agency experience is beneficial).
  • A 'Hunter' Mindset: Persistence, proactivity, and motivation by hitting targets. Thriving on finding and engaging passive candidates.
  • Talent Expertise: A deep understanding of what makes a successful salesperson, including identifying individuals who excel in door-to-door sales environments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Building relationships and presenting a compelling employer value proposition.
  • Self-Starter: Thriving on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Business Development: An interest in technology and payments.
