Head of Sales Operations Director

As the Head of Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our businesses in the ANZ markets while maintaining close connectivity with our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team in GTM operations and analytics, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to refine and align the ANZ go-to-market strategy with global goals.
- Analyse market trends and customer data, translating insights into actionable strategies for improved sales performance, acquisition, and retention.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report on key metrics like revenue growth, acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop training and tools to boost sales productivity, working closely with regional and global teams.
- Build strong relationships with regional and global teams to align and execute GTM strategies effectively.
- Extensive experience leading GTM operations or analytics teams in SaaS, preferably in tech or finance.
- Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to turn data insights into effective business strategies and scalable operational processes.
- Track record of using analytics to drive results.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience inspiring teams in fast-paced environments and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with ANZ markets and SaaS business models, with exposure to global companies and international markets as a plus.
