Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Director, Asset Finance and Leasing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our CME team, managing deal flow and workload across multiple sectors, and working closely with key stakeholders and partners to deliver excellent client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring together two teams, coaching and mentoring;\
  • A proven background in transaction structuring and legal documentation;\
  • Expertise in reviewing credit submissions & financial modelling, where required, and making recommendations on transactions to senior management;\
  • Ability to exercise your DCA - making sound business decisions in line with your approved authorities;\
  • Agility to oversee workflow management between key stakeholders;\
  • Role modelling behaviours in order to coach and mentor your team.\
