Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Project Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and progressing new project opportunities across various markets.

Based in Melbourne, this position will require close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Regular travel, including international trips, is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. Commercial acumen, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and nurture high-quality leads for company-led projects in key markets.
  • Build strategic partnerships across the energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Guide project opportunities from concept to development, ensuring alignment with delivery partners.
  • Monitor policy, regulatory, and market shifts, contributing to the organisation's strategic positioning.
  • Support senior leadership with business development initiatives and commercial strategy.
  • Represent the company at events, forums, and meetings in Australia and internationally.
Qualifications

Candidates may come from a range of industries, including energy, climate tech, infrastructure, or related sectors. The most critical attributes are the ability to build relationships, connect the dots, and see a project through from inception to execution.
