Job Title: Senior Content Production Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for producing high-quality commercial content that meets the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the production team has the necessary skills and scale to deliver on a diverse workflow.
  • Secure revenue through pitch work and booked creative by working closely with clients.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive consumer engagement and support business growth.
  • Oversee existing custom publishing titles and special editions, as well as provide overflow support to external teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production studio management with a focus on financial reporting and P&L management.
  • Strategic agility to support the growth of commercial content and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Effective leadership skills to cultivate a high-performing team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects.
  • Able to work at an operational level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Equipped to lead change and ambiguity while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience managing a high-volume, diverse flow of briefs and delivering results-oriented solutions.
