Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned content strategist to lead the transformation of our content strategy and drive engagement across multiple channels. This critical role involves setting and driving the content strategy, ensuring our communications are engaging, personalised, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage an organisational-wide content strategy
  • Transform our publishing platforms into highly engaging channels
  • Evaluate and establish new multi-channel content opportunities
  • Optimise content production processes for relevance and engagement
  • Support the GM of Content and Publishing to influence organisational change
  • Develop a positive and proactive team environment
  • Build strong relationships with team leaders to support cross-functional ways of working
Requirements:

You will be a seasoned content strategist with over 10 years of experience leading a team and producing engaging content across various mediums. You have a proven track record of developing effective teams and implementing enterprise-wide content strategies. Your excellent project management skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and creative thinking will be key to your success in this role.
