This role can be based in a flexible hybrid working environment, allowing you to work from home or in one of our offices.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll empower injured clients to thrive by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
