- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities with trade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic tools.
- Work overtime as workload dictates, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Commit to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards, driving professional development and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience with a strong foundation in basic mechanical theory.
- Proficient in trade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic tools, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Strong communication skills, providing an excellent customer experience and building relationships.
- Ability to work well without supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative.
- Proficient computer technology skills, with knowledge of software applications and systems.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- CDL or ability to obtain, meeting insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
- Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
