Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience with a strong foundation in basic mechanical theory.
  • Proficient in trade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic tools, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong communication skills, providing an excellent customer experience and building relationships.
  • Ability to work well without supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Proficient computer technology skills, with knowledge of software applications and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CDL or ability to obtain, meeting insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
