Job Title: Diesel Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking skilled diesel equipment mechanics to carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnostics on heavy earth moving machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy earth moving equipment, including CAT 992K/Gs, Komatsu PC2000, Atlas Copco T45 Drill, Scania R620 Trucks & Belly Dump trailers.
  • Provide support services for our rental fleet as needed.
  • Maintain adherence to strict safety protocols and HSE regulations.
  • Meet performance targets while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to achieve broader business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with heavy earth moving equipment is essential, with mine site experience being highly desirable.
  • A willingness to undergo regular pre-employment medical checks, drug testing and police checks.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
  • A Certificate III in Heavy Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
