Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and management of all content for the Cricket Australia season, alongside other sporting events as required.
  • Help establish and grow content strategies and accompanying plans to support the content team in delivering high-quality solutions for commercial partners, sporting clubs, and leagues.
  • Assist with end-to-end delivery of club and commercial content across venue channels (stadium perimeter LED, IPTV, Big Screen, and TVCs) to ensure timely, correctly entitled deliverables.
  • Ensure content checklists and instructions are complete and accurate for the scheduling team; deliver venue instructions and run-downs.
  • Assist with pre-season information sessions for clubs and leagues and coordinate distribution of specifications, venue requirements, and smooth content delivery.
  • Brief new creative work into the Creative Team for Club and Commercial deliverables and ensure the team has all assets required.
  • Deliver projects/content in line with agency standards and agreed plans; provide commercial insights to help drive profitability in LED and related services.
  • Collaborate with the Content Director and Content Manager to manage content deliveries at all venues, including storyboard development and event sign-off documents.
  • Review submitted content for alignment with commercial and venue requirements; provide feedback to stakeholders as needed.
  • Oversee digital file management via the Content Management Portal (MKTG Drop) and ensure content is delivered to venue operations staff; resolve issues or escalate as required.
  • Facilitate debriefs with team members, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to assess project success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage in all planning stages for content requirements/projects and contribute to setting timelines and project expectations; support team members with information, tools, and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Develop relationships across business areas to collaborate on solutions and ensure smooth delivery of partnerships; provide content leadership and regular project updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies; research new technologies and innovations to support efficient systems and continuous creative development.
Contract and Location

This is a 4 month contract.

Location: Docklands, Victoria, Australia.
