Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to drive excellence in shutdown safety, schedule and cost effectiveness. This role requires strong project planning and scheduling skills to produce shutdown management plans efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and optimising the annual plan and shutdown schedules.
  • Playing a key role in shutdown daily management and execution to facilitate the effective coordination of all resources and activities required to deliver the necessary scope of work for the overhaul on schedule.
  • Progress tracking and achievement of best practise turnaround.
  • Creating detailed plans and schedule required to co-ordinate all activities and work groups.
  • Providing progress tracking, auditing and reporting as part of the daily management process.
  • Development of detailed work packs for scope of work execution.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of project planning and scheduling systems.
  • Trade or technical background and experience in planning/scheduling for major shutdowns or projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Formal project management or planning qualification is highly regarded.
