Senior Contract Administrator Job

This role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in contract administration and management.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee the administration of various construction and services contracts at our project site.

  • Administer construction and service contracts on-site in line with project and company standards.
  • Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risks.
  • Coordinate with site teams (construction, engineering, planning, HSE, quality) to ensure contractual deliverables.
  • Manage variations, site instructions, EOTs, and claims for nominated packages.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and systems; support cost forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent the company in contractor meetings and liaise with legal/client representatives on contractual matters.
  • Ensure HSE is integrated into all contract administration activities and oversee contract closeout.
Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to HSE and ethical practices.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., supply chain, law, quantity surveying); MCIPS/RIQS accreditation desirable.
  • Extensive experience in contract administration within major EPCM/EPC projects, preferably in the resources sector.
  • Solid knowledge of contract terms, negotiations, and claims management.
  • Proficiency in project and procurement systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
