Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking an dynamic and driven Contracts Manager to lead their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions.
- Review current contracts to ensure relevant pricing and performance.
- Negotiate, maintain and improve contract pricing support in conjunction with category specialists.
- Liaise with internal & external customers in regards to contracts, tenders & major quotes, completing adhoc quotations for new business opportunities.
- Manage the contract review process and facilitate inputs from key stakeholders, including the key account manager, pricing, quality assurance and compliance.
- Ensure all contract renewals and reprice of contracts are submitted on time.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement on systems, process and policy relevant to Contract Administration Management.
- Lead and oversee the performance of the team, ensuring team members capability and development to achieve their greatest potential.***
**Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- Ability to interpret and advise on commercial risk management strategies as they arise in relation to contracts
- Excellent communication skills including negotiation and influencing including the ability to establish effective working relationships
- Proven experience in contract management
- Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience with an ability to achieve commercial outcomes
- Working understanding of mining procurement, supply chain and logistics (advantageous)
