We are seeking a seasoned Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations across our premium, high-volume venues. You will champion guest experience, coach and roster FOH teams, uphold service standards, and partner closely with the kitchen and beverage leads to deliver smooth, profitable services.
Key Responsibilities- Service Leadership
- Lead, coach, and roster FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all services.
- Oversee floor operations, section allocations, reservations, and waitlist management.
- Drive sequence-of-service, table-touches, upselling, and guest recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with Bar/Beverage and Culinary leaders on menu launches and service coordination.
- Manage labour against budgets; interpret daily/weekly P&L and service KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with RSA/RSF, incident reporting, and safety protocols.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; run pre-shift briefs and training.
- Ensure cash-up, POS, and end-of-day procedures are accurate and compliant.
- Leadership Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years' recent leadership experience in a premium/high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage service standards, and handle guest recovery.
- Working knowledge of labour planning, budgets, stock, and POS systems.
- Strong wine/spirits and food knowledge with confident, guest-facing communication.
- Current NSW RSA (or ability to obtain before start).
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights/weekends/public holidays.
