The role of Product Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation, driving the end-to-end strategy and development of Kids and Back-to-School collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting seasonal direction, managing factory relationships, mentoring a product team, and collaborating across departments to deliver trend-led, commercially successful, and aligned ranges with our brand vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create seasonal ranges that strike a balance between innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity">
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction and stay ahead in the industry">
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver cohesive collections that meet our brand's high standards">
  • Engage with offshore suppliers to manage development timelines, cost negotiations, and quality assurance">
  • Present collections to internal retail businesses and wholesale sales teams to secure buy-in and drive sales">
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to pre-production, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of product launches">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our network">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer - preferably in kids footwear">
  • Proven track record of working with offshore factories and leading a team to achieve desired outcomes">
  • Strong understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing principles">
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders">
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and able to create accurate technical specifications">
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adept at working in fast-paced environments">
