Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in a key role that will drive the optimization of space within our collections and relocation of materials.

Candidates Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., library science, information management, museum studies).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a collections or project coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform decision-making.
