We are seeking a detail oriented and client focused professional to join our team in a Client Services Officer role.

">Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly face and voice clients know and trust – handling their calls, emails and queries with professionalism and care
  • Work behind the scenes to get things done – coordinating with fund managers, product providers and ensuring implementation runs smoothly
  • Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan
  • Coordinate client meetings and manage diaries to keep everything running like clockwork
  • Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers
  • Be part of delivering an outstanding client experience from start to finish
">Requirements
  • Solid background in financial planning with comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, products and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in XPLAN (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Someone who loves working as part of a team and has natural people skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
