This large Australian ASX listed business continues to experience significant growth in each of its core business lines. Due to this growth and positive internal changes there is now a requirement for an experienced FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager to provide decision support on future investment and in-depth analysis and reporting to key stakeholders including the CFO, exec team and wider business.

This is starting out as a 13 month fixed term contract due to a secondment.

Your initial remit will be the ongoing development of & improvements to the budgeting & forecasting structure, reporting process and to assist with the preparation of strategic financial and business planning relating to their retail line of business. In addition to managing a small team, you will ultimately be responsible for the Group Budgets, Cashflow management, Variance Analysis, Business Planning and Acquisition Analysis including due diligence work pertaining to new investment opportunities.

You will be required to do the Group consolidation to the board and executive committee on an annual basis for external reporting purposes. In addition you'll provide ad hoc support around the month end and year end financial accounting if required.

This role will be one of continuous improvement which will see you involved in projects aimed at driving change and improving efficiencies throughout the organisation with a specific focus on the their retail business including pricing, incentives and purchasing.

You are a CA/CPA/CIMA qualified FP&A professional, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, decision support, financial modelling and business systems.

Ideally you will come with FMCG and/or retail knowledge as well as team leadership experience.
