Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our technical team as a Field Service Technician. This is a Monday to Friday role, providing weekends with family and friends. We offer flexibility in rostering arrangements for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, but it's not essential. Our technical training team provides a comprehensive program to help you succeed in this new career. Once qualified, you'll provide professional inspection and testing services to customers, both externally and internally, while delivering technical advice within our scope of expertise.

Your New Role:

  • Conduct on and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
  • Maintain and service repair products
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and provide advice on our products
  • Commit 100% to personal and business safety
  • Liaise with customers, their employees, and work on their worksites
  • Travel to customer locations, which may include overnight stays

You Will Bring With You:

  • A demonstrated technical service experience in a manufacturing background – preferred but not essential
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously if required
  • Willingness to work in a sometimes physically demanding role
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy skills – email and Excel
