Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Field Service team. This role involves providing technical inspection and testing services to our customers, both externally and internally. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work autonomously in a sometimes physically demanding role.

While industry experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from candidates with mechanical aptitude who are eager to develop their skills through our comprehensive training program. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
  • Perform maintenance and service repairs on products
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical advice on our products

  • Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Technical service experience within a manufacturing background (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously if required
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
  • Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving and time management skills
