Service Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Perform maintenance and service repairs on products
- Develop strong professional relationships with customers and provide expert advice on our products
- Ensure 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Collaborate with customers, their employees, and work on their premises
- Be willing to travel to customer locations, which may involve overnight stays
- Technical service experience within a manufacturing background (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to build strong professional connections
- Autonomy to work independently if required
- A willingness to work in a physically demanding role
- Ability to work at heights
- Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
- Basic computer literacy skills - email and Excel
