Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

The role involves working across various food and beverage outlets, including Epoche Bar, Locavore Restaurant, Conference & Events, and Room Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Highlighting promotions and menu items to guests
  • Making high-quality barista coffee
  • Handling cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Working closely with kitchen and F&B colleagues to deliver seamless service
  • Setting up and packing down functions and events efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Current RSA Certification and Food Safety Certificate on food handling (training can be provided by the hotel)
  • Experience in preparing coffees and coffee artistry would be beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High standard of presentation and grooming
  • Full Australian working rights
