Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes. This includes working collaboratively with the wider People and Culture Service Delivery Model to monitor and manage query volumes, response times, and performance to SLA's.

You will take ownership and resolution of colleague and line manager case escalations, responding to general enquiries raised and logged through case management tools in a timely manner. Additionally, you will coordinate the timely and accurate entry of data in Workday, across the People Advisory team and directly as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Take ownership and resolution of complex queries and issues
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on policy matters
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is offered to colleagues and managers across the business
