Job Overview:
As a Senior Remuneration and Organisation Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing organisational effectiveness, culture and capability. You will design, implement and evaluate strategies to create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver frameworks that create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures.
  • Lead job architecture design, job evaluation and remuneration modelling.
  • Drive organisation development strategies that enhance culture, leadership, succession and engagement.
  • Shape change management, capability uplift and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and track impact.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice while advising leaders on complex reward matters.

What You'll Bring:

  • Expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks.
  • Experience delivering impactful OD initiatives in complex settings.
  • Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and benchmarking.
  • Ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications.
  • A strong desire or experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
