
Senior Remuneration and Organisational Effectiveness Leader

Job Overview:
As a Senior Remuneration and Organisation Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing organisational effectiveness, culture and capability. You will design, implement and evaluate strategies to create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver frameworks that create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures.
- Lead job architecture design, job evaluation and remuneration modelling.
- Drive organisation development strategies that enhance culture, leadership, succession and engagement.
- Shape change management, capability uplift and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and track impact.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice while advising leaders on complex reward matters.
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks.
- Experience delivering impactful OD initiatives in complex settings.
- Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and benchmarking.
- Ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications.
- A strong desire or experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
