About this role
You will play a key part in shaping and delivering our global HR strategy. As our General Manager People Experience Partnering, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and delivering strategic initiatives that drive business success.
- Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders and lead teams providing HR services across the business.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to XLT members and leadership teams, supporting talent management, organizational design, restructures, and more.
- Collaborate with other GMs of PX Partnering to ensure strong communication and alignment with a 'one team' approach.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business partnering objectives and deliver impactful people programs aligned with the global strategy.
- Identify skills and development opportunities within your team to demonstrate or role model capabilities in the PX Framework.

- The reputation of the People function at Xero is upheld through credible, strategic, and efficient HR advice.
- Strong relationships are maintained with stakeholders, team members, and peers.
- You are a trusted advisor to XLT members and leadership.
