**The Opportunity**
This role aims to engaged with key stakeholders to implement our National People Experience initiatives (Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity, Wellbeing and Continuous Listening), striving to improve the people experience across Komatsu. This role will work closely with the National People Experience Manager to develop and deliver key initiatives during an exciting time of growth for the HR team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordination of national talent management processes (performance management, calibration, development planning, career management, talent reviews, succession planning), including engagement with the HR team, creation of business communications, system execution, and reporting.
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the Career Framework, a key deliverable of Komatsu's Talent Management strategy.
- Implementation of wellbeing initiatives, working closely with the Safety and Sustainability and HR teams to bring it to life and embed the wellbeing strategy across Komatsu
- Implementing Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, including coordination of the People Experience Calendar for key diversity events.
- Executing the continuous listening strategy, ensuring that employee and manager feedback is sought often across the entire employee lifecycle. Insights to be shared with the business and used to improve the People Experience at Komatsu.
- Support Komatsu's engagement survey and action planning process.
- Regular reviews of the Komatsu people experience lifecycle to ensure that opportunities are identified, and our processes are continuously improving.
**Hours**:0.8 - Flexibility with either 4 or 5 days
**Role Located**:Campbellfield, Vic or Fairfield, NSW***

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Demonstrated experience-based knowledge of organisational development or human resources (talent management, change management, employee experience, business operations, inclusion & diversity, culture, and engagement)
- Experience using SuccessFactors an advantage
- Previous success working in a matrix organisation
- Analytical and data management skills
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with general business functions, ideally within large, complex organisations
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (HR, Business, Psychology)
- Ability to review and streamline business processes
