Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team in Star Cafe, our 24 hour team dining room. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership team to assist with leading the team, ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
  • Availability and interest in a permanent overnight shift (10pm - 6am)
  • Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
  • Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
  • Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
