  • Ensure vessels are prepared and secured safely
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with other crew members to facilitate smooth berthing procedures
  • Perform tasks according to safety procedures outlined in the vessel's Safety Management System
About You

We seek a team player with a positive attitude, competent deckhand skills, and confident vessel handling abilities. Having sailing experience is highly desirable along with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Deckhand role with demonstrated deck experience;
  • Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) issued Coxswain Grade 1 NC Ticket;
  • Maritime Radio Operator's Licence;
  • National Police Check;
  • QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol;
  • QLD Blue Card (Working with Children's Check);
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID015 CPR & Apply Oxygen;
  • Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates are highly regarded.
