We are seeking a highly skilled Coxswain to enhance the guest experience in our marine-based tour and transport operations.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth berthing procedures.
  • Perform tasks adhering to safety procedures as outlined in the vessel Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Conduct daily cleaning duties, including vessel maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Engage in in-water rescue scenarios and maintain a lookout for guests at all times.
  • Safely manoeuvre small vessels as required.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate confident vessel handling abilities. Having sailing experience is desirable, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A strong understanding of safe working practices, coupled with your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to make a positive contribution to our team.
