Key Responsibilities:- Prepare vessels for departure by securing them safely, adhering to operational procedures and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintain the safety and comfort of guests while providing high-quality service, including performing tasks according to safety procedures as per vessel Safety Management System (SMS).
- Conduct daily cleaning duties, such as vessel cleaning and housekeeping, to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Engage in in-water rescue situations and maintain a lookout for guests at all times.
- Safely maneuver small vessels as required, showcasing expertise and confidence in maritime operations.
- Focus on delivering consistent professional presentations and maintaining exceptional guest experience standards.
- Conduct deck rounds and safety drills with confidence, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain vessel cleanliness through regular housekeeping duties, adhering to operational procedures and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
